Georgia Peach Wedding: Erica + Bill

By  |  0 Comments

This peach of a wedding was held at the State Botanical Gardens of Georgia in Athens. They were married in the majestic Cecil B. Day Chapel which has a rich wooden interior bathed in natural light. Just a few months after meeting, Bill was deployed to Iraq for a year. There relationship survived and thrived and they were engaged not long after his return. Wanting a true Southern wedding, Georgia peaches were the main theme of the decor, piled high for centerpieces, as the cake topper, the signature drink and as the color palette for the flowers and bouquets. They had their first look at the place they had their first date, Herty Field on campus. Thanks to Andie Freeman Photography for sharing her beautiful photographs with us.
