Nautical Inspired Preppy Wedding Shoot
Jenny DeMarco Photography, working with some of the best wedding vendors in Austin, Texas photographed this preppy wedding shoot. She shared with us the inspiration for everything from the invitations to the striped party favors. Jenny DeMarco: “Inspired by the lakefront and Austin’s boating culture, this chic and casual shoot featured navy seersucker fabrics, bright fuchsia accents, and best of all, a raw oyster bar! Navy blue seersucker fabric decorated every piece of paper from the save-the-date to the invitations. Each bouquet was wrapped in a monogrammed seersucker fabric with a pop of bright pink ribbon. Lanterns filled with flowers hung from the trees at the ceremony site and a beautiful garland was draped to block off the aisle-way of the ceremony. We showcased a floral monogram using rose petals at the front of the aisle. The head table was full of lush fuchsia florals and hanging globes, embellished by candles and gold accents. To create a more casual feel, we added a hammock next to a hanging floral arrangement using a captain’s wheel, which was infused with fuchsia florals. Our red and white striped marshmallow party favors were placed on top of monogrammed seersucker napkins.” Thanks to Jenny DeMarco Photography for sharing this creative and fun wedding with us and be sure and check out all the talented people who contributed to this styled shoot, names and links provided at the end of the feature.
