Elegant Southern Wedding: Erin + Brad

This lovely wedding took place at Thompson House and Gardens, an elegant vintage Victorian farm house located in the small quiet town of Bogart, Georgia, just minutes from downtown Athens. Andie Freeman, the photographer shared this with us: “Erin and Brad were married on a beautiful early summer day. They were married outdoors in a stunningly elegant ceremony underneath an arbor covered in white roses, lilies, and sheer drapery.  Erin wore a taffeta modern ball gown with spaghetti straps, complete with pockets for her handkerchief.  Her bridesmaids had matching short dresses in a fresh green.  They carried beautiful bouquets of white roses and lilies. They served a delicious southern meal best described as “church lady” cooking.  It was a fantastic and beautiful day.”  What a charming wedding, with a bride and groom whose beautiful smiles say it all.
